Dr. Timothy Billings is a clinical psychologist who has been treating children, adolescents and young adults in the Baltimore area for the past 10 years. Dr. Billings has worked in private practice as well as at Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital, where he conducted comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations. His expertise is in the assessment of ADHD, anxiety, and learning disorders as well as other problems that impact academic functioning. He believes that high-quality assessments identify children’s needs, helps them capitalize on their strengths, and helps parents better understand each child’s unique set of abilities.
Dr. Billings earned his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Howard University and obtained his M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Towson University. He has completed extensive trainings in comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations at Johns Hopkins Hospital, the Kennedy Krieger Institute, Nemours A.I. DuPont Hospital and Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital.
